In addition to performing, Daelyn is an experienced educator and dance teacher with several years of experience working with children. She holds a BA in Education, Society, & Human Development: Learning and Behavioral Sciences (2021) from UC Riverside and passed all Multiple Subject CSET Exams for Elementary School Teaching preparation. Daelyn has a natural gift for connecting with children of all ages and particularly enjoys sharing the arts by sparking a passion for dance in younger generations. Equity in arts and education through safe environments for diverse storytelling/audiences has been a major influence in Daelyn's course of study and work.
Currently, Daelyn works as a certified Registered Behavior Therapist providing direct services in school and home for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. She will graduate with her Master's in ABA this October and is working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
